Wine Bar Fundraiser To Benefit Ridgefield Playhouse

RIDGEFIELD, Conn. -- “Raise a Glass” to The Ridgefield Playhouse’s 15th year as a “cultural gem” on Wednesday, Feb. 4, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., when Sarah’s Wine Bar toasts the Playhouse.

Sarah's Wine Bar is located at 20 West Lane in Ridgefield. Admission is $15. Supporters will receive a glass of fine wine, beer or specialty cocktail plus cheese samplings, courtesy of No. 109 Cheese & Wine, and the Playhouse will receive the proceeds as well as all bar tips and 10 percent of sales that evening. 

A unique raffle for a signed guitar by one of the acclaimed artists who have performed at the Playhouse will be held, and artists' CDs will be available for purchase.

The Ridgefield Playhouse presents world-renowned musicians, comedians, dancers and actors, as well as children’s theater, movies, Live in HD series from the Met and London’s National Theatre, Film Society film screenings, and after-school and adult-ed classes. The Playhouse also presents community service programs to diverse audiences throughout the year.
